  Continue adding MTAs to mstrip's Received: recognition script.

  Enable mstrip to process stdin more intelligently instead of defaulting
  to email mode and bypassing generation of a source-id.

  Modify command line parameters to all processes to eliminate silly
  colon-separated parameters.

  Add real command line processing to all programs.

  Enable a configuration file to manage such things as the types
  of tokens to generate.

  Enable mstrip to have a minimum as well as a maximum token length.
