Requirements
- Load set of current entities from database (the terrain dataset)
- Transmit BES messages for all terrain entities on regular basis (at least 1/second)
- Use combined updates for efficiency (configurable max packet size, default 16KB)
- Answer queries about entity model locations
- Create chair, table, cube and fence entities to scale
- Command-line only
- Any language
